Today’s EasyLunchBoxes are very similar again:
Both kids have truck sandwiches with a star cut-out babybel cheese riding in the truck bed. They both have goldfish, strawberries, and yogurt with sprinkles. Girlie also has some carrots. Simple lunch… should’ve taken no more than 10 minutes, right? Somehow the PB&J sandwiches took over 40 minutes this morning. Every time I started to do something, I was met with “Mommy!!!!! I need your help!!!” I was interrupted for so many things, I cannot even count. 40 minutes later, I am literally putting the slices of bread with peanut butter on top of the slices with jelly and wiping my brow from the exertion of it all! Seriously! Sigh.
Mondays are always like that and work has been no exception today. Nate is taking Little Dude to his 3-year checkup. I’ll be interested to hear how he’s grown. And then he’s picking up the girlie and bringing her home for a quick dinner and then we get her dressed up and ready to graduate Jr. Kindergarten. Yes, this is a graduation for a Jr. K… and it is at the local community college’s auditorium! It is a big to-do and she’s put a lot of effort into preparing for her musical number and her statement of what she’s grateful for. I got her a great gift to celebrate (completely over the top for a 5-year-old’s graduation) that I’ll share with you in tomorrow’s post.
Do your kids graduate from preschool and/or kindergarten programs? This is Girlie’s second time! She graduated last year, in a cap and gown!
Here are the products I used in this lunch:

Great lunches and Happy Graduation!
Thanks, Nina! We had a great time last night!
